You can now use the convenience of a downloadable PDF document to help you design and specify your custom DIN rail assemblies for factory assembly. Instructions:
- Open the PDF document.
- Using the radio buttons in the top line to select your unit of measurement.
- Use the drop-down menu to select the type of rail required.
- Specify the length of the rail assembly using the two total length input boxes on the left hand side of the page.
- Using the right hand column, indicate the type number for each terminal block or end bracket in the corresponding line opposite the diagram of the rail assembly (shown in the left hand column). For type number, please use the part number (ie, K001-304 130), not the product name (ie, AVK 4).
- If necessary, you can check the appropriate box in the right hand column for standard accessories.
- If you require standard or custom marking tags, you can specify the blocks to be marked, and the characters to be shown, by using the outer columns of the left hand diagram of a rail assembly for single level blocks (marked*), and the inner columns for double level blocks (marked **). Use the radio buttons in the bottom right hand side of the page to indicate the orientation of the marking tag characters.
- You can also use the buttons in the bottom center of the page to specify the orientation of the mounting hole for non-perforated rails.
- Finally, save your work and e-mail a copy to info@konvar.com.
